In May and June 2024, the impressive Stackdoor XL security grilles were successfully installed in the CRL underground project in Auckland, New Zealand. This collaboration with Scotty Doors New Zealand has resulted in a safer and more secure infrastructure for the underground transport connection in one of the fastest-growing cities in Oceania.
A Retrospective on the Project
Earlier this year, we discussed the unique challenges and innovations this project entailed in our article “XXL Security Grilles for the Other Side of the World.” At that time, the extra-large Stackdoors were being prepared and thoroughly tested in Belgium, with an ambitious schedule and complex logistical requirements. We can now proudly announce that the project is complete and the security grilles are operational.
