Large entrances: Securing large openings is often not possible with traditional roller shutters.
Stackdoor® XXL is designed to handle extra-wide dimensions, with a maximum width of 16 meters in a single unit.
For even larger openings, multiple Stackdoor® Standard security gates can be seamlessly combined to provide full coverage.
Revolving doors: Due to their curved design, revolving doors require security systems that can follow that shape.
Unlike traditional security shutters, Stackdoor® uses a unique stacking mechanism that doesn’t limit it to straight lines—curved and semicircular shapes are entirely possible.
This makes Stackdoor® Curved the only security grille system capable of effectively protecting revolving doors.
OPTIMISING SPACE
Limited installation space: Often, the space above an entrance door is occupied by air curtains, leaving insufficient free space for a roller shutter.
Due to the stacking technology, the maximum thickness of a Stackdoor® when open, is the same as the individual profile thickness.
This can be particularly advantageous in older buildings and heritage properties where there are smaller voids above ceilings.
Aesthetic appearance is important: Stackdoor® has a modern, attractive, yet timeless design, making it suitable for buildings with both modern and classical architecture.
Stackdoor® can be supplied in stainless steel, galvanized, or powder-coated in the desired RAL colour.
ARCHITECTURAL ELEGANCE
Special architecture: Buildings with organic-shaped facades or entrances are difficult to secure with a traditional roller shutter without compromising the integrity of the special architectural forms.
With Stackdoor®, as well as standard straight shapes, curved and semicircular shapes can be secured.
Additionally, corner shapes in one piece, with one or more random angles are possible without corner profiles or intermediate profiles.
This is done with full respect for the original architecture.
